powerwash the roof, shutters & siding with chemicals & power designed specifically for these surfaces. Well worth
the small investment especially if the front faces North! ......................................................... 4)
After powerwashing make your windows sparkle by cleaning. ......................................................... 5) Paint gutters to match the trim. .........................................................
6) Add
lighting...for safety & a few lights in the trees add a soft & memorable glow at night... too many lights along a walk will make it look like
an airport runway. .......................................................... 7)
Keep the yard tidy by pruning & cutting away dead trees or branches, keep the flower beds edged to give a crisp look,
rake up those leftover leaves from the fall & add new mulch. ........................................................
