8 TIPS FOR CURB APPEAL EVEN IN WINTER!
TRY THESE TIPS...EVEN IF YOU CAN ONLY DO A FEW OF THEM.
1) If warm enough, remove peeling paint, and repaint that area.
..........................................................
2) Perk up the front porch with attractive large containers or add window boxes (fill w/ seasonal embelishments thruout the year), add a new welcome mat, repaint or stain worn floorboards,  add sitting area (everybody loves the idea of a porch to sit on) & make sure cushions are clean.
.........................................................
3) Have a professional powerwash the roof, shutters & siding with chemicals & power designed specifically for these surfaces. Well worth the small investment especially if the front faces North!
.........................................................
4) After powerwashing make your windows sparkle by cleaning.
.........................................................
5) Paint gutters to match the trim.
.........................................................
6) Add lighting...for safety & a few lights in the trees add a soft & memorable glow at night... too many lights along a walk will make it look like an airport runway.
..........................................................
7) Keep the yard tidy by pruning & cutting away dead trees or branches, keep the flower beds edged to give a crisp look, rake up those leftover leaves from the fall & add new mulch.
........................................................

8) Don't forget the front door! Easy to add a fresh coat of paint or stain in a complimentary color with a polished knocker or seasonal hanging embelishment in keeping with the style of your home!
